Production/Forklift Operator
Forklift Operators will work in our production, warehouse, and outdoor storage areas, organizing products, supplying the manufacturing area, offloading and automated packaging and palletizing line. The ideal candidates for this role will need to be reliable, self-driven, and dependable. Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Operate forklift in production area, warehouse and outside. Transport finished goods and materials to designated locations. Prepare, track, and document incoming and outgoing shipments. Storing and stacking materials in the appropriate locations. Maintain and clean equipment daily, perform pre-checks and post-checks. Observe, document, and report equipment malfunctions and potential problems. Assist as needed with any other departments. Operate a forklift safely while in a warehouse and outside during all weather conditions. Qualifications: 1 year of forklift experience. (Required) Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform daily manual labor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in all weather conditions. Must be Reliable and dependable. Ability to work quickly and accurately.

Forklift Operator/Shipping
Forklift Operators will work in our shipping, warehouse, and outdoor storage areas, organizing products, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and loading and unloading trucks and flatbeds. The ideal candidates for this role will need to be reliable, self-driven, and dependable. Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Loading and unloading of trucks. Prepare, track, and document incoming and outgoing shipments. Storing and stacking materials in the appropriate locations. Maintain and clean equipment daily, perform pre-checks and post-checks. Observe, document, and report equipment malfunctions and potential problems. Assist as needed with production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping. Document and track inbound and outbound shipments as they occur. Operate a forklift safely while in a warehouse and outside during all weather conditions. Qualifications: 1 year of forklift experience. (Required) Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform daily manual labor. Manufacturing Line Mechanic
We are looking for a Manufacturing Line Mechanic to join our team and help design, develop, maintain, and test equipment related to our automated production line and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and experience with mechanical design and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to ensure that all designs meet industry standards. Responsibilities Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for multiple pieces of automated production and packaging equipment. Run performance and quality tests and report results. Design and develop updates and additions to the production line. Maintain and create detailed drawings of existing and proposed systems and components. Manage preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain the budget. Project planning and management for upgrade and repair projects. Install, test, evaluate, and repair various components and systems that include hydraulics and pneumatics, screw/belt/roller conveyors, pumps, and bearings. Schedule and document repairs, including parts inventory, purchase orders and work orders. Report to management on expected repairs and needed alterations to the production line with minimum disruption to production uptime. Work with outside vendors as needed for special order items, and possible volume discounts. Manage and communicate with a team on maintenance and repair projects. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of mechanic work experience Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing related work experience Experience with Lockout/Tagout and OSHA Safety procedures Ability to work in various environments and climates, which may include, but not limited to, heat, cold, rain, snow, etc. (PPE Provided) Hands-on, real-world troubleshooting experience Experience with mechanical design and maintenance and manufacturing processes Experience with installation and maintenance of automated production lines
