Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Diesel Mechanic) 

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing, and repairing heavy equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in heavy equipment repair and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: •Diagnosing and repairing of Heavy Equipment. •Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment. •Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safety. •Follow safety protocols when operating equipment. •Follow directions from supervisors or other personnel. •Maintain accurate records of equipment use and maintenance. •Manage and communicate with a team on maintenance and repair projects. •Work with outside vendors as needed for special order items, and possible volume discounts. •Schedule and document repairs, including parts inventory, purchase orders and work orders. Qualifications: •Minimum 2 years’ experience in Heavy equipment Repairs. •Minimum 4 years of mechanical experience. •Experience with Lockout/Tagout and OSHA Safety procedures •Hands-on, real-world troubleshooting experience •Ability to work in various environments and climates, which may include, but not limited to, heat, cold, rain, snow, etc. (PPE Provided) Pay will be based on experience.

Forklift Operator (Production)

Looking for experienced Full-Time Forklift Operators. Forklift Operators will work in our production, warehouse, and outdoor storage areas, organizing products, supplying the manufacturing area, offloading and automated packaging and palletizing line. The ideal candidates for this role will need to be reliable, self-driven, and dependable. Forklift Operator Responsibilities: •Operate forklift in production area, warehouse and outside. •Transport finished goods and materials to designated locations. •Prepare, track, and document incoming and outgoing shipments. •Storing and stacking materials in the appropriate locations. •Maintain and clean equipment daily, perform pre-checks and post-checks. •Observe, document, and report equipment malfunctions and potential problems. •Assist as needed with any other departments. •Operate a forklift safely while in a warehouse and outside during all weather conditions. Qualifications: •1 year of forklift experience. (Required) •Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform daily manual labor. •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills •Ability to work in all weather conditions. •Must be Reliable and dependable. •Ability to work quickly and accurately. Inside Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Blank Industries by promoting our high-quality ice melt products to a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a unique training program, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the ice melt industry. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Blank Industries' patented ice melt products and technologies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving sales goals. 4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 5. Staff Accountant

Blank Industries is looking to add a Staff Accountant to our growing team. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic self-starter and has the ability to multitask. This position will require excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills within team and individual projects. A strong attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, the sense of urgency to get projects done in a timely manner and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities: - A/P and A/R oversight, maintaining timely payments within company standards and daily data entry orders - Assist with sales orders and invoicing - Perform monthly and annual closing, including reconciling and journal entries across multiple entities. - Manage chart of accounts and balance sheet items. - Preparation of timely and accurate management reporting, including helping prepare financial reporting as scheduled and ad-hoc as needed. - Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. - Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. - Assist with internal and external audits. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Assist in preparing Year end accounting reporting. - Assist with accurate reporting of inventory, production, COGS, and raw materials. Skills and Requirements: 1. BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent experience (required) 2. Accounting experience 5+ yrs (required) 3. GL Reconciliation experience 2 yr (required) QuickBooks 2+ yrs (Required) 4. Proficient with Microsoft Excel 4+ yrs (required) 5. Proficient with Microsoft 365 2+ yrs including 6. SharePoint (preferred) 7. Inventory management and build assembly knowledge (preferred) 8. NetSuite Experience 2+yrs (Preferred) 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 10. Problem-solving and analytical skills 11. Team oriented and independent work 12. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
